Easy Transloading
If you have a printer print this out for easy access, makes it alot easier until you know it by hart...
Ok for all of those whos minds are boggeled by transloading I went step by step for you and if you follow this you will be transloading in no time... Just make sure you follow each step, it's only confusing when you dont know how to do it... Once you learn it's so easy... It's easier having someone show you just one time...
I'm explaining this to a tee, not just sending you somewhere and letting you be confused when you get there... I hope this helps...
OK first of all you need a place to store your images and build your home page, Angelfire, Tripod or Geocities there's lots of them pick one and open an account...
I like Angelfire but you can use any hosting service you choose...
Opening an Account with Angelfire
1.) Hit your "go to" button and type in www.angelfire.com
2.) Click on "SIGN UP"...
3.) Click on url in text box and pick one for the first part your address Ex. - (ba2) the first part of the address looks like this (https://www.angelfire.com/ba2)
4.) Choose user name: Ex.- (ghosts)
Now it looks like this (https://www.angelfire.com/ba2/ghosts)
5.) Choose a password, make it easy to remember Ex. - (bobcat23)
6.)Fill in short form...
7.) Click on Create Account, Ok thats it for opening an account at Angelfire. Now logon to your account, in the "Web Shell" create a subdirectory for the images you will be transloading Ex. - (images1) the address now looks like this (http://www.angelfire.co m/ba2/ghosts/images1)
images1 is the subdirectory where the images you transload will go, you can name it any thing you want, there may already be one there called images, if so you can start with that one
The address is always the same except for the name of the gif or jpg image you are transloading...
The next step is to pick a transloader I like the Freeloader it's real easy to use, go there and save it to Favorites...
FreeLoader
(Or to whatever transloader you choose they all work basically the same...)
You must assign the FreeLoader to an F-key first... To do this go to FAVORITES, then click the FOLDER where you saved the FreeLoader to, then click ORGANIZE, then click SHORTCUTS... Look for the Freeloader then click the button next to it. On the next screen select an F-key that's empty F-1 thru F-7 then click DONE. Now all you have to do to go to the FreeLoader is hit that F-key...
Once that's all done and your ready to transload something, here's what you do...
Pick the gif or jpg you want and click on it, after the image comes up on your screen then hit your FreeLoader F-key, when you get there do the following...
FTP Server info:
1.) Remote FTPserver: Type in the FTP server name Ex. - (ftp.angelfire.com)
2.) User Login: Type in your user name
Ex. - (ba2/ghosts)
3.) Password: - Type in your AngelFire password Ex. - (bobcat23)
4.) Subdirectory: - Type in the name of the AngelFire subdirectory where the image will go Ex. - (images1)
5.) New name for file: - Type in a new name for your image Ex. - If the name of the image is (bluesky.gif) rename it to (bluesky1.gif) the .gif or .jpg part must stay the same what ever it is...
6.)Now click the [FreeLoad It] button and that's it!! Your DONE!!
The address for this image is as follows https://www.angelfire.com/ba2/ghosts/images1/bluesky1.gif
Remember this example uses AngelFire and The FreeLoader, You can use any hosting service and Transloader you choose...
QUICK TIP: AFTER YOU FILL IN ALL THE INFO THERE SELECT A SAVE COOKIES NUMBER (below the scratch pad) IT WILL SAVE ALL THE INFO FOR YOU SO THE ONLY THING YOU WILL HAVE TO TYPE IS THE NEW NAME FOR YOUR IMAGE YOU'LL BE DONE TRANSLOADING YOUR IMAGE IN NO TIME... DONE!!
