The Seventh Annual Halloween Foosball Tournament is this evening and weather seems to be indicating it will be a totally indoor event. It is supposed to rain throughout the afternoon and into the evening, putting the 2002 edition of The Big Game into jeopardy. As was discussed yesterday, Angel has proposed holding a tournament of Bartlett Fantasy Football owners in Madden 2003 as one of the possible replacements.
The rain could cause Jim to ask to hold off the Doubles Tournament, so that he and Angel could team up again. He reportedly has a list of potential partners that he will team with.
There are unconfirmed reports that several cousins of the Ostis brothers may be attending the 2002 HFT, and perhaps for the first time ever a non-resident of Massachusetts could compete in the HFT. Those reports are unconfirmed.
Uncle Billy has said he will absolutely not be Corey's cut-man this year. That, of course was one of the leading vote getters in the "What is least likely to happen in 2002" poll. Greg and Patrick obviously won't be partners since Pat confirmed last year that he will miss his first HFT since the first one back in 1996. And we all know that Greg won't ever admit Corey's better than him.
