Billy was in the tournament in 97 and 98. In 1997, he won two matches on his way to losing to Greg in the final four. In 1998, Billy's perfomance will be best known for being the guy who first lost to Corey in the Halloween Foosball Tournament.
There are now some implications that Billy could make his return to the Halloween Foosball Tournament in 2001, after not competing in 1999 and 2000. This news coming after a big summer question as to whether Billy and others should be considered "retired"
