Cheese Cake--Yes it's low-fat
1-8" low fat graham cracker crust 2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. fat free cream cheese 1/4 tsp. salt
Egg substitute equal to 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar 2 egg whites
1 cup yogurt cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. combine cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, yogurt cheese, flour, salt, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. In separate bowl, beat egg whites and remaining sugar.Beat till stiff and shiny. Beat into cheese mixture. Pour into crust and bake 1 hour or till done. The cake should not jiggle when shaken lightly. Let cool and refrigerate. Garnish with fresh fruit or canned if fresh is not available. ENJOY


To make yogurt cheese: Put small holes in bottom of container of fat free plain yogurt.Put on second shelf of fridge.Put a bowl on bottom shelf under it to catch liquid.Do this overnight, what's left in container is yogurt cheese
