Dijon Chicken



Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup light cream
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 cup seedless red or green grapes, cut in half



Preparation:

Sauté chicken breasts and remove from pan.  
In the same pan, mix remaining ingredients over low heat.
Cook until heated.
Pour over chicken.
