We will submit via email within 3 business days, our lowest quote (pricing) for this project and available Ship-To-Your Door date of arrival. Our quotes are valid for 15 business days, due to fluctuating costs of manufacturing, and shipping costs.

If you accept our offer to produce your custom products, we will then produce a sample to match your design requirements.

ONE SAMPLE PRODUCT IS PRODUCED AND SENT TO YOU FOR FINAL WRITTEN APPROVAL(SIGN-OFF ON DESIGN) PRIOR TO ANY PRODUCTION OF YOUR CUSTOM PLUSH PRODUCT.

We always contact you with any questions regarding your designs, rather than guess at what you might want or mean by your descriptions. If possible please use the standard Pantone Color Codes as reference to exact color matches.

Repeat orders for same products may be produced at lesser amounts at descretion of McPlush Productions, and may result in higher per piece pricing, to offset higher per piece shipping costs. Repeat orders of same or substantial higher quantity orders will usually result in lower per piece pricing to same customer if repeat orders are placed within 6 month of first order. No repeat orders will be placed unless first order is paid in full prior to repeat orders.
