Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the CD/s you have purchased because of its condition, a fault, or you never recieved it please send us an e-mail within 3 weeks of its shipment. State why you want a refund and, if we think it is a reasonable request, we will refund in full the price of the CD/s once we have recieved it back from you. Please note that we will not refund the cost of shipping, neither the original shipping price nor the cost to send it back to our base. Refunds will only be made via Paypal to your e-mail address so if you want a refund you will have to set up an account there at www.paypal.com. (this should not be a problem as you can use a debit or credit card at Paypal) Once we have confirmed a refund can be given, please send the CD/s back to :

We cannot be held responsible if you send back the CD/s and they are lost in the post and refunds will not be given if the CD/s are not recieved from you even after we accept your initial refund request. Contact me using the e-mail address at the bottom of this page.
