EXAMPLE: Has anyone considered the idea of "Floating PMRs"? They would have the same job duties as regular PMRs with a few exceptions.It would be a PMR who would not have a permanent office. They could be added to the finance number of a P & D or SCF office and carry their own cash drawer to offices when working. They would not be guaranteed any time but would be on call to different offices as needed. This would give PMRs at their home offices the opportunity to take off without hindering a Postmaster. This would also eliminate the problem of Postmaster Overtime.
