Here is some brief information from our meeting yesterday and please review the marquis project information and let me know if anyone is interested in attending. Thanks guys.
Projector: Keystone Centre - Tanya will pick up 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 3rd
Screen: Youth for Christ - Tanya will pick up 1:45 p.m. Thursday, June 3rd
OBO: Allison will call and book 3 from 8:30-12:30 p.m.
School Announcements: Allison and Breena will write up an announcement for all three High Schools and distribute them to the schools the week of June 1st
Hot 101: will attend prior to show to play music and make announcements
Popcorn: we will pop this the night of with machine from Neelin that Allison will bring on Friday, June 4th. We will put into plastic bread bags that she has been collecting.
Pop: Caitlin has wrote and will send to Tanya donation letters to mail out to grocery stores for pop. Possibly Breena could pick up on Friday, June
4th and bring to West End Community Centre.
Posters: have been distributed at all 3 high schools and leaflets have been put on the back of 300 Girl's Day leaflets that will be distributed at school this week. Allison and Breena took some more to post around the city.
Website: has all the information about our event. Breena will monitor comments.
Movie: Allison & Breena will make the final decision regarding the movie by this Thursday so I can order it. Once ordered I will know if we can advertise the title prior.
Grant: Tanya will look into applying for a grant to cover some of the costs of the event.
Everyone: bring people to the great night out and encourage them to bring their lawn chairs.

PLEASE COME TO WEST END COMMUNITY CENTRE ON THURSDAY, JUNE 3RD AT 9:00 P.M. TO GO THROUGH A RUN THROUGH FOR OUR NEXT EVENING SET UP. FOR FRIDAY, JUNE 4TH PLEASE PLAN TO BE THERE FOR 8:00 P.M. SO WE CAN SET UP TABLES (ONE AT THE ENTRANCE WAY, ONE INSIDE FOR FOOD.)

I also want to congratulate all of you for working at putting this event together for youth in Brandon.
Right now I think we will post-pone our next meeting until we all meet on Thursday, June 3rd at 9:00 p.m. at 247 23rd Street - West End Community Centre.
