Here is an assortment of McD's Barbies Chelsea and I own, We have 2 full sets of the January 2000 edition, one here in the castle, the other set remains unopened. Thanks to my Mom, and husband for taking me to get them all! My favorite one? Millenium Princess... for I missed the Hallmark Ornament, and this almost makes up for it. Come Christmas time, we will stick a pin in her and hang her on our tree! :)

Even though this is not barbie related, I just had to add the kids Gadgets that we built over the summer from McDonalds, do not think that I am a McDonalds' toys collector, just this doll and barbie really interest me! :) |

Mattel Inc. Hong Kong 3 Can you identify this Barbie? She was traded to me by my husbands Aunt. This barbie really attracted my attention. She has a rather small head compared to other barbies in my collection. Plus the head is real hard! I added the clothes from my 70's collection.

Can you name these Barbies? The one in the pink dress has a diamond ring on her right hand, earrings to match, and a wobbly unremoveable head with purple eye shadow, and hair down past her waiste. On her lower back Mattel Taiwan. This other barbie has on a typical 70's flower dress. She is kind of plain with no earrings or ring, and aqua eye shadow. She has a removeable head with hair a little past her shoulders. Her hair is nice and shiny. On Buttocks Mattel 1966 Philippines 9 |

Can you name this barbie? My mom picked this one up at the local flea market. She is in good condition, I would say. She has real eyelashes and hair that grows longer when you pull it. Perhaps she is a Francie? Insribed on right buttocks: 1966 Mattel inc US Pat Other Pats. Pending Pats Canada 1967 Japan :)

Ballerina Barbie This one was given to me by my sister's friend Kim, before she moved away! She is before my Barbie days but I loved her just the same! I think her crown makes her twirl. Inscribed on lower back: Mattel Inc. 1966 US Patent Pending Taiwan |

Leggy (sp?) This one I remember buying from my sisters friend Kim before she loved away. I think I paid $.25 for it! These must be her original clothes, for she has extremely long legs and very small waiste! Her hair is curly brown! Inscribed on right buttocks: 1972 Hasbro Hong Kong Update! I have given this doll to my sister. She really admired it, and thought it was from her childhood. So I thought it only right to give it back to her be it was hers or not, she deserves it!

Cindy or Cindi? This one was not one of my favorites. Infact every time I played with my barbies she was the maid. Since I have grown up and talked to other women, boy that was normal to have such role playing. This doll never acquired Barbie fame, although I think she did have her own house and car? She is large boned compared to Barbie! Inscribed on back of head: 2 Gen 1077 033055X |

Malibu Barbie This was one of my first barbies! I really liked her! I liked how her hair didn't get so matted like my other barbies. I seem to remember her having beads in her hair. This is what I dressed her in the last time I played with her. Weird kid I was, huh?
|
Super Star Barbie I still have her hot pink gown, infact have 2! This is the what I dressed her in the last time I played with her. You can see the early 80's in the outfit, huh? Look at that guitar! Inscribed on lower back: 1966 Mattel Taiwan |
|
This Skipper, Barbies little sister! This was my sisters! She has real eyelashes and is in really good condition! Almost new! Inscribed on right buttocks: 1969 Mattel Inc. Patd in Canada 1967

This is Tuesday Taylor! This was not one of my favorites! I thought she was kind of strange! My cousin Candy informed me that if you took her out in the sun, she would tan. Thanks for the tip Candy! You could also change her hair color by simply turning her scalp around. Weird huh? Any information? Let me know, I'll post it here, and give you full credit! |

This is the Sunshine Family! These were by far my favorite! I suppose I liked them so much because they were small and a complete family! They had a dog too! Looking back now, they kind of were like hippies. Do you agree? I had their country store, and the baby room. I wish I would have saved those! My daughter would have loved both! Inscribed on back: 1973 Mattel Taiwan
