"It's impossible not to like Chad."
Cindy Digulimio, fellow ceramist:
"Chad always brought life to every class he was in. He
lives life, embraces it, and hangs on, even when there
is a bump in the proverbial road! Go get em', Chad!"
Chris Foxwell, fellow ceramist and HCC Art studio assistant:
"Duh." [We believe he really means this.]
Jim Pickett, former geography professor at Hagerstown Community College:
"[S]ome observations...
"Chad exhibits a great deal of sensitivity. He embraces all aspects of life, especially those requiring him to be out of doors. I've always thought of him as potential mountain-man material—probably the only place he'll ever be truly happy. On the other hand, he is highly adaptable and can fit in with all walks of life. I can't wait to see what he does next!"Brian Todd Simmons, fellow ceramist and accounting student:
"I will always fondly remember him playing 'Bonanza' with Ben Culbertson ('Ben'), Chris Foxwell ('Adam'), and me ('Little Joe') in the Ceramics Studio—in color. Take care, 'Hoss'!"
"The best thing about the future is that it comes only
one day at a time." —Abraham Lincoln (C. A. D.)
"The past cannot be changed, the future is yet in
your power." —Mary Pickford (
"It should not be denied... that being footloose has always exhilarated us. It is associated in our minds with escape from history and oppression and law and irksome obligations, with absolute freedom, and the road has always led west." —Wallace Stegner (C. R. W. himself)
