What would happen if Salem was invaded by......Hollywood?

The lives of Salemites will be depicted in a Hollywood movie. The film, titled (what else?) Days of Our Lives, is expected to break box-office records when it makes it's debut at the Salem Cineplex. Here's your first look at which movie stars will be playing your favorite Salem residents, and the songs that made the movie Soundtrack.

Belle Black	Reese Witherspoon	Reese would have to turn back the clock about 5 years, but then again, the character of Belle has already skipped several years of her life once before.
Brady Black	Matt Damon	Trading one heart-throb for another. (Although, if I had my way, Brady would play himself!)
Kate Roberts	Annette Bening	There is a bit of resemblence there if you use your imagination. Also, she tends to choose characters that have personalities similar to Kate's.
Roman Brady	Warren Beatty	Since his real-life wife is playing Kate, why not?
Victor Kiriakis	Clint Eastwood	DAYS would be just a little bit cooler.
Nicole Kiriakis	Charlize Theron	Both are blonde bombshells and, in movies like Reindeer Games, Theron proved that she can play manipulative well.
Philip Kiriakis	Brad Pitt	Brad is a little old, but I always thought that Philip could pass for a young Brad Pitt.
Caroline Brady	Florence Henderson	She played Mrs. Brady once before in a little show called The Brady Bunch. Good luck keeping all of these Bradys straight, Florence.
(Grandpa) Shawn Brady	Peter Boyle	You know him as the grumpy grandfather on Everybody Loves Raymond. Think he can do an Irish brouge?
Lucas Roberts	Tom Cruise	Tom is already the perfect height! Look at Lucas and squint your eyes a bit -- you just may see Tom Cruise. Well, I've always thought so!
Jack Deveraux	Jim Carrey	Both are funny men, and I would just love to see Jim turn "In the House" into a three-ring circus.
Jennifer Deveraux	Sarah Jessica Parker	Jen used to write for a newspaper. Do ya think that her character in this movie can get her old job back, complete with her own sex-column in the Salem Spectator? Maybe Ms. Parker will feel more at home this way.

Mickey Horton	Mickey Rooney	I realize that Mickey Rooney is a little old to play this part, but Mickey Mouse had other commitments.
Maggie Horton	Mary Tyler Moore	I had to get a classic tv star in here somewhere!
Mimi Lockhart	Mandy Moore	The role of Meems is hard to cast - there's no one quite like her. A singer who has been popping up in a lot of teen movies lately, Moore would probably enjoy taking on the challenge of capturing the uniqueness that is Mimi.
Rex DiMera	Leonardo DiCaprio	It seems very fitting that Leo is playing a DiMera. He can re-use the line, "I'm king of the world!!"
Cassie DiMera	Mena Suvari	In American Beauty Mena played a young temptress who turned out to be more innocent than she claimed. The role of Cassie will fit her like a glove.
Sami Brady	Sarah Michelle Gellar	A former soap star herself. Also, she certainly proved that she could play characters as nasty as they come in the movie Cruel Intentions.
Bo Brady	Kurt Russell	Tough guys of the world, unite!
Hope Williams Brady	Demi Moore	Hope has been everything from a cop to a princess. Demi has played everything from an army-chick to a stripper. Such symmetry.
Shawn Brady	Jason Biggs	Shawn is an all-American boy; Jason is the boy from American Pie.
Abe Carver	Danny Glover	He played a cop in the Lethal Weapon series. Here he gets promoted to Commander of the Salem P.D.
Lexie Carver	Whitney Houston	High-maitenance Whitney should have no trouble playing a DiMera diva.
Tony DiMera	Sylvester Stallone	Both have that dark, handsome, Mediterranean look to them.
Bart Biderbicke	Adam Sandler	Just picture it: Adam calling Stallone's Tony 'boss,' making strange remarks every so often to keep things humorous. It just might work.

Cameo Appearance: CHLOE LANE

The producers want someone who actually lived in Salem to appear in the movie. One of the requirements for this part: star quality. Chloe Lane has plenty of it. She is young, beautiful and has a singing voice to die for. She left Salem to persue a career in opera and received excellent reviews on her opening night in Europe. Chloe will make a short apperance in this film as a singer at the Blue Note.
