[This book is the classic reference on psychological and mind games - It is essentially a compilation - and description - of the most common lose-lose situations - i.e., mind games, - that too many people are subconsciously compelled to create for themselves and those around them, because of their negative early childhood experiences - and possible therapeutic approaches - (compare this reality with our conscious desire for win-win situations) - See:

BTW: The discussion starts around page 10.

[Do you believe that ALL parents should have enough time to spend with their children? What is the main reason that they don't? Is it because they don't have enough MONEY, so that both parents have to work, or they may even need to have several jobs JUST to have enough money to pay all the bills? What if there were a way so that EVERYONE would have enough income, even if they DIDN'T have a job? That is what Dr. James Albus is proposing. See his Universal Fund Plan here. What if you do have a job? Then you would just have this extra income on top of your regular salary! Do you think this is a good idea? What do YOU need to do to make this happen? Just write or call your elected representative - and have ALL your friends call or write your representatives - and tell them you want Dr. Albus' Universal Fund plan implemented! - Send them the plan's web address! - If YOU don't write or call, then NOTHING is going to happen! Can this plan actually work? Well, as an example, for the last 25 years a limited form of this Universal Fund plan has been working very successfully in the form of the Alaska Permanent Fund, and this Fund now has more than US$ 33 billion in assets!]

[And what about the "Choose To Save" people? What planet are these people living on? Didn't they take statistics in college? - Or maybe they just don't have the brains to understand statistics? - Can't they see that if just paying for decent housing is more than most peoples' salaries, then there's no way that they'll have money left over to "choose" to save? - And this is in the so-called "richest" country on this planet! - Maybe their advertising budget would be better spent by putting ads on cruise line ships and luxury resorts and hotels, at Las Vegas, at casinos, and at amusement parks... Oh!! - Is it those people that don't want to "choose to save"??]

[And the same can be said about those "Save For Your Kids' College" campaign bozos! If you don't earn enough money to cover your basic necessities, just what are you going to save? Shouldn't the money for this campaign be better used in finding ways for bringing down the cost of a quality education? And maybe all those ultra-expensive educational institutions should just wither away from lack of enrollment and go extinct like the dodos!]
