Hey grrls: did you ever think to yourself, "Why must all men be scum?"
. . . . . . . . Yeah, me too. : (
(Yes, I know all men may think all womyn are bitches, but that's another story, so...)
Okay. When I drive, I often try to be nice. Even if I am in a rush to get somewhere, when people cross the street in my car's path I usually don't mind, especially when it's cold outside. HOWEVER, when I am driving the speed limit, we'll say, and I have the green light, which means pedestrians SHOULD NOT be crossing the street for many reasons (see below this section for reasons), and someone SEES me coming, and intentionally crosses the street so slow I think a baby could learn to read before they are out of my way when they should not be in the road in the first place... this is what gets me mad. Intentional slowness and rudeness.
Reasons people should not cross the street when they are not supposed to:
Hmmm... how do I ever start this one?? LOL.
When I am going to the bathroom, I'm just sitting there doing my business, whether it's "number 1" or "number2," and I really don't like to be disturbed. What I really can't stand is when I realize THERE IS NO TOILET PAPER LEFT! Usually this doesn't happen at my own house, but just my luck, it does seem to happen at friends' homes or relatives' houses. Great, eh? Well, I then proceed to check under their sink or medicine cainet or wherever toilet paper may potentially be stored. (Nosy? No... I wanna wipe my damn butt!)
Sometimes this treasure hunt is very unsuccessful. So, I am pissed off because people should have some freakin toilet paper handy! Now, maybe I was spoiled in my up-bringing to 99% of the time have toilet paper immediately handy or very closeby should it run out. Perhaps it is totally my fault for being so unthoughtful that I don't bother checking beforehand. Maybe though it's just polite mannerism to have toilet paper or ANYTHING near the toilet so that people don't have to scramble around the room or the house looking for wipe, being careful not to DRIP anything, whatever that may be...

Actually, I am a very liberal person. Speaking of movies, for example, I don't believe the government should determine what we can and cannot watch by putting ratings on movies, and in some areas, even on television. Age is not a substantial factor in determining maturity level since everyone matures at a different rate (and we all know womyn are usually the more mature ones).
These decisions should not be made by the government, rather, by the parents if the person is a minor, or by the individual if the person is mature.
If I have a child, why should the government have the right to interfere by deciding what my child can and cannot see? I know my child MUCH better than they do, I know what he/she can handle, and I am the person he/she will come home to and share his/her thoughts, ideas, worries, and everything. I know children find other ways to access things restricted to them (they can get into R movies at age 14, can buy cigarettes, porno, etc), but it is certainly NOT the place of the government to tell me or my children what we can and cannot watch.
In my opinion, the government's main purpose is to protect the (physical) safety and property of others. They step in where they don't belong way too often.
I always see them speed through red lights just because they want to, meaning that no sirens are sounding and no lights are flashing. Or they will be stopped at a red light and turn on their siren simply to go through the light, then turn off the siren a few blocks down the road. It's a crock of shit. They ideally should be setting examples and not breaking laws themselves. I could write a million pages about the government's wrongs and rights, but this is not the place. Look for it in a bookstore near you. (J/J)
I am absolutely pro-choice; I don't think race has anything to do with people, but was merely created for some stupid reason and people won't move past it; I am vegetarian for MANY reasons, and my boyfriend is too... there are many things I could share about myself, but I must come to a stop eventually, and since I am lazy, now is a good place to stop.
What is race? It is not some natural, intrinsic instinct. It is a man-made issue. It is simply a characteristic to describe someone as the color of their eyes is a simple bit of description. There are many races and there are many mixes of races. And race causes problems. However, if people would understand that race has very little to do with a person, this would no longer be such a huge issue. If everyone understood how ridiculous it is to judge based on race, it would no longer be an issue. It's just stupid.
Here is a not-so-joyous list of some of the people I hate most, in no particular order:
*Although recently I learned that Pamela Anderson is an animal rights advocate of sorts so I don't hate her AS much as I did.
