Imagine the foulest, most stomach-turning odor you have ever in you life encountered. Now the next worse. And the next. And the next. Combine that all together and multiply the effect by a factor of 1,000. Now you're starting to get an inclination of what is contained in this sesspool. I wouldn't recomend breathing too deeply.
