I also moved April's updates to their own page.

7/23/02 I added chapters six c and sevenNightwing/Oracle/Spud: Small Potatoes: Coming Home and chapter three of Nightwing/BoP: The Ol' Switcharoo by Smitty.

7/24/02 I tweaked the Submission Guidelines a bit. Don't worry, nothing major.
I also tweaked the multi-part stories a bit. Again, nothing major. Just enough to make the page listing the chapters look better.
