TC530 - '94 TC530s have 3 lipstick pick-ups and plastic knobs. (This distinguishes them from TC630s which have metal knobs). Of course, I have seen one TC530 with metal knobs, so who knows.

TV650 - '94 The three "TV" models have 2 humbuckers and 1 lipstick pick-up. The TV650 is White with plastic knobs. (The TV550 has gold metal knobs and was available in Black or White.)

TV750 - '94 The TV750 was only available in "Gravure Quilted Brown Sunburst".

TV550 - '95 The TV550 was available in Black or White. The TV550 has gold metal knobs which distinguish it from a White TV650 (which has plastic knobs.)

TC620 - '95, '96 TC620s are the only model with "soapbar" pick-ups. They also stand out from the other models because the pick-guards are more gray than pearl.

TC630 - '95, '96, '97
TC630s have 3 lipstick pick-ups. The metal knobs usually distinguish them from TC530s (which have plastic knobs), but I've seen TC630s with plastic knobs and vice versa. When in doubt, check the bridge.

TC730 - '96 The TC730 has a "thinline semi-hollow, non-tremelo string-thru-body design".

TC820 - '96 TC820s & TC830s are the only models with a 1-piece Maple neck.

TC420 - '96, '97, '98 TC420s have covered humbuckers. This distinguishes it from TC220s.

TC740 - '97, '98 TC740s are the only model with 1 humbucker and 2 lipstick pick-ups.

TC825 - '97, '98 TC825s are the only model that have Bigsby's.

TC220 - '98 TC220s are the only model with uncovered humbuckers. This distinguishes it from a TC420 or a TC720.
