Registration deadline: Return form by the November 7 Troop meeting at the Owen Brown Community Center
The October Campout is scheduled for November 15 - 17, 2002. Camping will occur at the Raymond R. "Andy" Guest, Jr. State Park in Bentonville, VA (about 10 miles south of Front Royal, VA). Phone 540-622-6840. The Troop will tour Luray Caverns on Saturday morning during the trip. Facilities are primitive (porta-john) at our camp site. This trip is also during the prime time of fall color displays in the Shenandoah Valley.
The cost is $37.00 per person and includes camping fees, food, and tour of Luray Caverns.
Please return the Permission Form below by the November 7 Troop meeting so adequate reservations may be made at the campground and at the caverns.

Permission Form: I give permission for _________________ to attend the Troop 613 Camping Trip to Luray, VA, November 15 - 17, 2002. I empower adult leaders to authorize such emergency medical treatment as necessary in the event that I can not be reached in an expeditious manner.
