At home, our family has a project: When you see a bird that nobody in the family has drawn yet, you may draw it, colour it, and display it with the other birds hanging on cardbord circles in our kitchen. I have drawn bald eagles, a hummingbird, a peacock (I saw that wild in England while I was visiting my grandparents), and a mourning dove.
Then we started drawing birds we didn't see. I drew a cardinal, two quails, and others.
