Tuition is to be paid monthly, in advance, online at CinderellaDanceGymCheer.com... "Online Payments" page, by your child's first class of each month. If payment is not received by your child"s 1st class of the month a $15 late fee must be added to your payment. If your child's 1st lesson is on the 1st, payment is due that day..If your child's 1st lesson of the month is on the 7th, the payment is due that day. Tuition is on a monthly basis regardless of the number of weeks in each month. No refunds for absences or holidays.Tuition is based on 48 weeks out of the 52 week year. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Attendance: Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class, and the studio cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. Please make EVERY effort to have your child attend EVERY class. No refund, deduction, or credit for missed classes. Dropping: Each student will be required to give a 30-day written notice to Cinderella to terminate classes. This gives us time to fill your child's place. Please note: You are responsible for payment of tuition for your child’s classes whether or not your child attends class after the time you turn in your 30-Day written notice to Cinderella. E mail is fine. Please pick your child up promptly at the end of their class. If you are going to be late please text me asap at 361 758-2028 and text the coach. We will have to hire someone to watch your child until you arrive and the fee will be added to your tuition.We can not be held responsible for your child if you are late and do not text me and the coach. Holidays are the same as school holidays (July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Nov 24-25, Christmas holidays( Dec 26-28), Spring Break, Easter & Memorial day.) We do not close for other holidays, teacher workdays or county livestock shows. Class Observation: Parents may observe their child’s class in the waiting room through a one way mirrors. When bringing your child to class, please bring them to their classroom door and let them proceed into the class area alone with their instructor; do not enter the class area with them anytime during the class. Students are not allowed to enter the gym until it is their class time. You will pick them up at the same door at the end of class. This is a quite zone and all students and siblings must remain seated and quite Please be sure your child goes to the restroom at home or the studio before bringing them to class, especially the younger ones. This can quickly turn into a chain reaction and soon all members have to go to the restroom. NO FOOD, GUM, TOYS, DANGLE JEWELRY or CELL PHONES allowed in class!! Students are not allowed to bring friends to class with them. Students may bring a bottled water and leave by the class door. It must be taken home when class is over, no food or drinks are allowed in the viewing room. Dress Code: Dance Classes - Leotard: Any color (no T-Shirts) - Tights: any color - Shoes: Ballet, pink ballet shoes; Tap, Black low heel tap shoes. Please have students arrive at class in tap shoes & carry their ballet shoes in a bag and label all shoes & bag with their name or initials. Dance wear is available at WalMart, Target & Academy. Tap & ballet shoes are available at Pay Less Shoes. Action on Stage on McArdle across from Sunrise Mall carries all dance supplies. Gymnastics - Any color leotard. Black stretch shorts (no denim) may be worn over leotard. ALL CLASSES: Hair must be pulled back away from face at all times; but, not in a bun. ALL STUDENTS are expected to wear the proper attire to every class and have hair properly fixed properly for the class. Performance: Some students are presented in a performance each year in June. Participation in the performance is optional. Costume fee is to be paid, in full, online at CinderellaDanceGymCheer.com, "Online Payments" page, by the 3rd week in February. Dance, gymnastics & cheer class costumes are $76.00 per class. This will include everything needed to perform in the program except dance shoes. Costume fees must be paid on time to order your child's costume. There will be no exceptions. Costumes will be ordered only for students who have paid for their costumes by the due date. Costume fees are non-refundable once the costumes have been ordered. Please understand that, if you do not pay for your child's costume by the due date, they will not have one for the performance. If a student who has paid for their costume, in full, quits classes before the performance and gives their 30-day notice, they will receive their costume. If a student who has paid for their costume in full quits classes before the performance and does not give their 30-day notice, the costume will be held until the charge for that 30 days has been paid. If a new student joins the class, the studio can (at the director's discretion) sell that costume to the new student and give a refund to the original student provided that student does not have an outstanding balance. Costumes left at the studio, after 30 days past the performance date, will become the property of the studio. Costumes will be passed out shortly before performance to all students whose accounts are paid-up-to-date. PRIVATE LESSONS are 30 minute classes where students receive 1 on 1 training with their instructor. They can choose from the following curricula: tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, cheerleading, tumbling or Jr. Olympics program with beam, bar, vault and floor routine. Insurance: Cinderella Dance, Gym & Cheer does not carry insurance for it's students. It is required that all students be covered by their own family insurance policy and, if injury occurs, it is understood that the student’s own policy is their only source of reimbursement. Cinderella Dance, Gym & Cheer is not responsible for accidents or any loss of property. This waiver of liability must be signed and agreed upon by the parent or guardian online before any child can enter the gym or dance room. Entering without the waiver signed is against the policy and will be considered illegal entering and trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service. We have strict rules and regulations for our team members and their families that will be enforced. Any negative comments, about another student, their family, another gym or the coaches and staff at Cinderella, will cause immediate removal from the team without any reimbursement of all payments made which includes competition fees, tuition and fundraisers. Should anyone leave a team, for any reason, all their fundraising money stays with the gym to use for remaining CSD team members for competition fees, uniforms & coach's expenses. Please remember that tuition comes before anything else and must be paid 1st before any fundraising or other fees can be used by the team member.
