DISNEY ADVENTURES INTERVIEWS KERMIT

Disney Adventures Interviews Kermit

D.A.'s going gonzo for the swashbuckling Muppet flick, Muppet Treasure Island, which Kermie and company take to the high seas in search of rollicking adventures and buried treasure. So when people at Activision told us the new Muppet Treasure Island CD ROM put us into the world of the movie-pirate ships, tropical islands and all-and asked is we'd like to talk to His Greeness himself, we jumped at the chance.

D.A.: "What was your biggest challenge playing Captain Smollett?"
K.F.: "The sword-fighting - especially finding a sword that was light enough for a frog to lift."

D.A.: "Did sailing the high seas make you feel a little...uhm...green?"
K.F.: "Nope. I've always been this color. But it gave some other Muppets a chance to find out that it's really not easy being green."

D.A.: "What's your favorite thing about the CD-ROM?"
K.F.: "I love that the player interacts with us and takes an active role in the story. Whenever anyone sees Treasure Island, they imagine themselves as Jim Hawkins, the young adventurer. Our game lets them br Hawkins."

D.A.: "Do you play video games and CD-ROMS?"
K.F.: "Sure. I love video games. But I had a bad expericence with Frogger once, and I'd rather not talk about it."

D.A.: "Did the wig you wore in the CD-ROM itch?"
K.F.: "I'm not used to having hair, so it did itch at first. But I started to enjoy having hair, so I'm thinking about joining the Hair Club for Frogs."
