BIO: Zach joins Motor City after being selected in the 2005 North American Amateur Draft. The rookie tender spent the last three seasons at St. Thomas University in Minnesota after transfering from Division 1 Air Force, where he was the CHA Goaltender of the Year. At St. Thomas, Sikich compiled a record of 33-15-6, with a terrific academic record to boot! Zach majored in marketing and psychology, earning a 3.75 GPA. Most recently, the goalie took his STU team to the NCAA D3 Championships!
