What happened at Roswell?
Over the past few years several people have asked me if the book of Ezekiel talks about aliens and flying saucers.
An example is below:
"...In Ezekiel it mentions what I believe to be alien space craft. It mentions wheels inside of wheels that travel in all directions. It mentions spirits inside of these wheels that make it possible for them to travel. I believe them to be aliens or something not of this world. What do you believe them to be? I think that judging by the limited primitive language that Ezekiel had, he gave a fairly good description as best as he could as to what any person of his day would describe a flying saucer to be. I think the wheels are saucers and that the eyes on the wheels are lights"

Well, first off Ezekiel did not have primitive language, it was just as complex as ours is today. There is no good evidence for life on other planets.
As far as the bible is concerned, I am posting the scriptures in question, which are followed by footnotes explaining that these are angelic beings, not alien beings.
"And I looked, and behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst therof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.(verse 5) Also out of the midst therof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.
(verse 6) And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.
(verse 7) And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf s foot and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.
(verse 8) And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.
(verse 9) Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.
(verse 10) As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.
(verse 11) Thus were their faces: and their wings’ were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.
(verse 12) And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went
(verse 13) As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.
(verse 14) And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.
(verse 15) Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.
(verse 16) The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a middle of a wheel.
(verse 17) When they went they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went
(verse 18) As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
(verse 19) And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.
(verse 20) Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
(verse 21) When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
(verse 22) And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.
(verse 23) And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side their bodies.
(verse 24) And when they went I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters; as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host when the: stood they let down their wings."
The verses above are speaking of an amazing creature that Ezekiel saw. This was not a description of a U.F.O. but of an angelic being.
Verse 24 uses the word "host" which is a type of angel spoken of many times in the bible (Gen 2:1, Gen 32:2, Exodus 12:41, Deut 4:19 and dozens of others).
Verse 4 describes the beings as having come out of a whirlwind which is significant, as God is described as having spoke from inside a whirlwind in Job 38:1. He also took Elijah to heaven in a whirlwind in 2 Kings 2:1, 2:11
Wheel is translated from the Hebrew apw (Transliterated 'owphan). It comes from an unused root meaning to revolve .

Verse 5 says that the 4 creatures had the "likeness of a man". Angels are often described as having appeared as, or being confused with men.
Verse 20 says the creature is a spirit. Transliterated Ruwach roo'-akh. The book of Hebrews even says many of us have entertained angels without realizing it. The word man in verse 5 is the Hebrew ed, from (0119) Transliterated 'adam. Which means Man, and human being.
Hebrews 13:2 (KJV)
“Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”
How could we be unaware of interacting with angels, unless they looked like, and could be confused with ordinary people? Aliens are never confused with humans. Nor do they have 4 faces as the creatures are said to have in verse 6. Not all angels have 4 faces of course. The faces are like those of a man, a lion, an ox and an eagle (verse 10). These creatures also have 4 wings. ____ angels are described as having four wings. Aliens don't have any wings, let alone four of them. Two of the wings covered the bodies (verse 11).
The creature in Ezekiel is the same as the one in Revelation. It speaks of a creature (an angel?) with 6 wings.
Revelation 4:8 (KJV)
“And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.”
Ezekiel 10:5 (KJV) speaks of cherubims that appeared in the sky. It says that “…the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.”
This passage gives us more insight into the wings of this creature. The wings not only made noise, but one so loud it was compared to the voice of God. No U.F.O. sighting I know of is described as having made any sound. To the contrary, they are said to be able to speed up and slow down without making a sound. Believers seem to be unable to explain how U.F.O.’s avoid making the sonic boom.
The soles of the feet are described as being like calves feet (verse 7).
Ezekiel was not describing a space craft of any kind. He spoke of ships (boats) in Ezekiel 27:5, and would have used a word denoting that this was a vehicle of some kind if that’s what it was. It wasn’t, his word and the language of his book reveal that it wasn’t. Both the context and the language of Ezekiel make it clear that it was an angelic creature.
The following footnotes are from "The Defenders study Bible" . The footnotes are by Dr. Henry Morris, and give good evidence that these living creatures are angelic beings, not flying saucers like some people have claimed.
1.5 living creatures. These living creatures are later identified as the cherubs, or cherubim (Ezekiel 9:3; 10:15), who were mentioned first of all as the mighty angelic beings placed by God at the gate of the garden of Eden to guard it after the expulsion of Adam and Eve. They seem always to be associated with the presence of God. Two images of the cherubim were made to cover the mercy seat on the ark of the covenant where God would meet with Moses (Exodus 25:18).
1:10 face of a man. For the fourfold face of the cherubim, compare the similar description of the four "beasts" of Revelation 4:7, indicating the latter are the same beings as these. It may also be significant that the four "faces" (man, lion, ox, eagle) correspond both to the four highest orders of terrestrial life (humans, beasts of the earth, cattle, fowls of the air) and also the fourfold depiction of their Creator in the gospels (as perfect man in Luke; king—as a lion—in Matthew; servant—like an ox—in Mark; and Cod—in the heavens, like an eagle—in John).
1:20 in the wheels. A bizarre modern interpretation of the cherubim has been to identify them with flying saucers, or alien spacecraft of some kind. The cherubim, · however, are living spirits, always associated directly with the presence of the Creator of heaven and earth they are mighty angels, probably the highest of the angelic hierarchy.
1:22 the firmament “Firmament” (Hebrew raqia) is defined by God as “heaven” (Genesis 1:8); the word basically means “expanse,” although some critics have tried to argue that it implies a “firm” boundary of some kind. In modern scientific terminology, it could be translated simply “space.” Thus there are three "firmaments" or “heavens” mentioned in the Bible, atmospheric space (Genesis 1:20), stellar space (Genesis 1:17), and the third heaven (II Corinthians 12:2), where God’s throne is. This third heaven is the particular firmament of this passage.

Some people would argue that there’s not much intelligent life on this one
We know that God created the Earth and all the other planets with it. But there is no evidence in scripture that God created creatures on any planet other than earth, and heaven. God is able to do so if he chooses, but it seems to me that God would be wise to tell us if there was life on other planets (if there was), because we would eventually find out during space explorations anyway. The fact that the Bible is silent about life on other planets leads me to believe there most likely is not. |

Fifty percent of all Americans believe in UFO's! This is an astonishing number of people in the general public who are holding on to a false belief. A false belief that is not being addressed by the church. These people are being, and have been deceived. |
Why isn't the church answering their questions
While many UFO sightings can be easily explained by natural means, many are nothing more than sightings of stars, meteors, and even the planet Venus.

Though some "UFO" sightings are actually planets, shooting stars, and other natural things, some UFO's are hoax's.
Some of the most famous "pictures" of flying saucers were staged, using models, toys, and even trash can lids.
When I update this page I will include these fake photographs, along with testimony from the ex-wife of the man responsible.

If you have watched any amount of TV at all, you have probably heard of the so called "Alien autopsy" film.
Some people claim that after the "UFO crash" at Roswell, an autopsy was performed on an alien body. |
The story alleges that despite the government conspiracy to keep alien existence a secret, a film was snuck out of the army and given to the press.
The so called "Alien autopsy" tapes sold millions of copies. The video has been analyzed by Kodak (among others)as being a fraud.
The incident was supposed to have been taped decades ago, yet a teenage boy who was in the video came forward to tell the truth.
He states that he was hired as an actor in the "autopsy" film. And sure enough if you watch the video there he is. - The funny thing is, though the video is supposed to be quite old, the boy is still a teenager!

Alien’s have a slightly different explanation.
I believe that Aliens are also the evil spirits (fallen angels), sent to deceive people into believing in other life forms. A species of higher power, sophistication, technology and intelligence, other than God himself.
"Aliens" seem to posses an incredible amount of intelligence unlike our own. This is exactly what we would expect if they were (fallen) angelic beings.
Both demons and "aliens" want mankind to embrace them. Aliens present themselves as the saviors of humanity. They want to take the place of Christ and lead us to a peaceful new age.
A belief in this undermines and distorts the entire Gospel.
It is interesting to note that in 1968, a few years after prayer and bible reading were taken out of school the number of "alien encounters" rose and continue to rise. Do you see how the Biblical foundation of the world was replaced with a non-biblical one.
Angels are able to appear and disappear Instantly. They defy the natural laws and can even change shape. Satan is called the prince of the power of the air. Powers are a type of angel. There are fallen angels under Satan’s control. That’s what I believe the aliens are. Read Chuck Missler’s book “Alien encounters” for more information. It goes into great detail and should silence any who believe these are actually aliens and U.F.O’s.
These spirits have appeared to thousands over a period of a few hundred years.
And continue to appear and even appear to "abduct" human beings.
I believe that the physical abduction never truly takes place but is rather an altered mental state - one in which the person perceives he is actually in another place.
Many abductees tell of horrific experiments and probing tests they are submitted to. These "experiments" later result in: sickness, disease, uncontrollable fear, and nightmares. This torment frequently ends in the death (by suicide ) of those involved. As in demonic manifestations, "aliens" can possess a physical body and effect the physical world.
The bible even tells us of men wrestling with angels.

Those claiming to have been abducted are frequently tied to: Buddhism, Yoga, witchcraft, fortune telling, tarot cards, and heavy use of mind altering drugs. |
For in the sixties just as drug use rose, so did alien "encounters" Worshipping idols and fortune telling also rose in the 60's, while witchcraft exploded in growth in the 70's. Particularly in North America.
Christians have long believed that being involved in cults and pagan practices opens the door to evil spirits. These spirits often produce "counterfeit miracles".
In his book Goetz also reveals that the very sites that pagan and satanic rituals were performed later become the sites of "alien" manifestations.
Though they often express a desire to "help us enter a peaceful millennium", These are clearly not friendly beings. If they were, they would not be so deceptive, and take someone against their own will.
There are many accounts of physical harm being done at the hand of these beings. ( I will go into depth on this when time allows )
We can see the enormous effect a belief in UFO's can have when we examine its effect on the "Heavens Gate Cult". Each member ended his life in suicide, because they believed they could slip into eternity on the tail of a space ship.
There is actually an Evolutionary agenda behind much of the space program. Because if life evolved from nothing here on earth, then surely it must have evolved elsewhere too ( I believe my page gives lots of evidence that evolution did not happen).
Sometimes you can even get an evolutionist to admit the impact the space program has on his beliefs.
"If Viking Ones probe of Mars shows that life never has existed on the Red Planet, it could drastically change mans theories of evolution and the origin of life on earth... The information pouring out in the genome sequences {of microbes} has so far proved more confusing than enlightening. The time may come when people believe in UFO's and aliens more than they believe in God. They will accept intelligence from space, just so long as that source of intelligence isn't God telling them what to do.
Ironically it is Satan who through his deception will trap and control them anyway. The difference is God gives us a choice, Satan doesn’t.
During the Tribulation many demons will be unleashed - even now as we approach that time their numbers and their influence are increasing.
When the rapture occurs, many will claim it was a mass UFO abduction.
Suggestions that it was the rapture will be dismissed, because many people who go to church, and claim to believe in God will have been left behind (again, going to church does not Save you, only true repentance and acceptance of Christ as your Savior does).
More evidence of the satanic UFO connection can be found in quotes from Walter Martin. Martin believes that aliens wills someday offer to lead us into a new age of technology. But there is on condition we must abandon our "outdated" religious beliefs such as Christianity.
In his book "Breakthrough" Strieber claims that he relays messages from "aliens". One of these messages is:
"Live with your sins..."
To paraphrase: "They will liberate you and lead you to freedom".
Can we ask for a better example of satanic influence?
