Brenda Drago is the daughter of the second Vulture, Blackie Drago. Having no life of her own, she sought out her father's old partner, Tony. He outfitted her with a flight harness and a power pack similar to her father's suit. She became the criminal, Raptor, taking up her father's passion for jewelery and money thefts. She was beaten by the a combind effort of Spider-Girl and the Buzz. She later was freed by Sabreclaw and Mr. Abnormal to join the Savage Six. She was defeated once more by Spider-Girl and decided to give up crime.
Brenda started working at a local cafe as a waitress and started stealing items for people who were poor. She's trying to fly the straight and narrow, but she is still trying to convince Spider-Girl and the Buzz that her intentions are good. Recently, she has had a hit put on her by her old boyfriend, Tony. Now, not only must Raptor try to get a pardon, she also has to save her own life. Trying to continue on as a hero, Raptor joined up with the reformed New Warriors under the leadership of Spider-Girl. She was one of the few people who understood when Spider-Girl let Funny Face and Angelface go. She did agree that she screwed up with making that choice. She is currently trying to get completely pardon for her crimes, which seems to be proving very difficult.
Brenda became close to Normie Osborn and the two have recently gotten themselves involved with each other. Brenda has now turned herself over to the police hoping to get a pardon for her crimes. In doing so, she has now been paired with a mysterious man who promises Raptor her second chance. Brenda has now joined a team of current and old villains consisting of: Mr. Nobody, Quickwire and Bigman and has come into conflict with Spider-Girl during one of their missions. Following the defeat of the Black Tarantula and Mr. Nobody by Spider-Girl. Raptor was given a pardon for her crimes and has since returned to Normie Osborn's life.
