-Caramel Sauce-
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
cinnamon to taste

Put all the ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. Bring to a slow
boil. Simmer for 2 minutes making sure to stir.

( If you are making this for the caramel apple cake, be sure
to cool a bit before you pour on to the cake.)

This caramel sauce will stay soft. Store the left-overs
in the frig. It's great over ice cream!
