Recipes From The Heart

-Hobo Pork Chops-
6 pork chops
12 slices bacon, raw
5 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
1 large onion, chopped
6 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Get 6 large sheets of tin foil set out on counter.
Place 1 pork chop on each sheet of foil.
Put 2 strips of bacon on top of each pork chop.
Divide the potatoes, carrots, onions and green peppers into 6 portions.
Place each portion on top of each pork chop.
Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
Wrap each hobo pack up and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
