Wash chicken and place in a large roasting pan. Season
with galic and chili powder. Bake covered at 350 degrees
for 45 to 50 minutes or until juices run clear. While chicken
is cooking, put the pepper sauce, butter, margarine and liquid
smoke in a sauce pan and heat until melted. When chicken is done,
pour sauce over chicken and put back in the oven for 20 minutes more.
These are really even better if you cook the chicken on
the grill first instead of in the oven. Just make sure you
put them in the oven after you add the sauce.
You serve these with your favorite bottle of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
My nephew Zachary (age 5) would call this "PICEY CHICKEN".
