Mix all of the ingredients well, in a large bowl.
Use a tablespoon of the meat mixture for each meatball.
Roll into balls and place on 2 broiler pans.
Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cooked through.
When cooled, place in a freezer bag and freeze until you are ready to use.
These will keep in the freezer up to 1 1/2 months.
To use: thaw and reheat in any beef gravy.
To make things really easy, heat with 3 cans of
cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.
