Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese and spices in plastic bag.
Coat potato wedges in egg white.
Toss in bread crumb mixture and coat completely.
Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake about 35 minutes or until crisp and brown.
(A word of advice- DOUBLE THIS RECIPE!)
(They are so good and they freeze well.)
(Just reheat under the broiler.)
