Recipes From The Heart

-Wild Rice Pork Chops-
6 pork chops, browned
1 cup raw wild rice
1 1/2 cup beef broth
1 large onion, chopped
2 small cans mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Grease a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the wild rice on the bottom.
Combine the broth, mushrooms, onions and half of the soup.
Add this to the wild rice in the pan. Mix.
Place the pork chops on top and add the rest of the soup.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
