Pastor Charles and Mitzie Browning has been in the ministry for 30 years. They came to Van Buren, MO in 1981 and has been in the pastorial work here at Souls Harbor for 7 years. They just completed a newly built church in March 1998.
Pastor Browning is affiliated with the "International Gospel Assembly Assoc."
