O.A.S.I.S.

WHO ARE WE?

O.A.S.I.S stands for Oldham Athletic Supporters In the South. We are a London based organisation who meet up and attend most of Latics' southern fixtures, with the occasional excursion up to Boundary Park. The group has been running for twelve years and was around during Latics' golden years and is still popular, despite the club's recent decline. Newsletters are sent out to members at 4-6 weekly periods. The newsletter contains match reports, news, competitions as well as available space for fans to air their views on the club. We have members in Denmark, Australia and America as well as all across Britain.

How did we come about?

The group was first set-up by Dave Ogden and Myles Harrison in 1986. Both used to live in Oldham and moved to London. The group was set-up in order to accommodate the surprisingly large Latics following situated in the southern region. The group has since been taken over from Dave Ogden by Joe Payne after 10 years.

O.A.S.I.S and Athletic: History

O.A.S.I.S have enjoyed a good relationship with the club. We sponsor a player's kit every year and send a cheque to the charity of the "Player of the season's" choice after each season.

O.A.S.I.S' aims

O.A.S.I.S aims to keep fans in exile in touch with matters at Oldham Athletic. We offer the opportunity for fans to share their highs (sometimes) and lows with other supporters who can't get to Boundary Park on a regular basis, because of distance.
