My
life
is
filled
with
the
love
of
four
wonderful
children
and
ten
fantastic
grandchildren
and
now,
eighteen great-grandchildren.
I
retired
from
the
State
of
Missouri
in
2007 after 40 years of service.
I
am
hoping
that
will
give
me
more
time
to
write
but
so
far
it
hasn't
worked
out
that
way.
I started writing when I was 13 years of age. I soon learned that allowing feelings to flow through my pen emphasized the joy of happiness and the relief of pain. I also enjoy reading, crafting, crocheting, working in my flowers and putting together jigsaw puzzles.
I make my home in Missouri, a land filled with lakes, rivers, forests, hills, wildlife and good people. I have traveled to several other states but Missouri will always be home.
I believe Jesus Christ is my Savior. My faith has grown stronger in the last few years and I think it shows in my writing.
The poems on this site are about you and every person living. They are filled with emotions - love, heartbreak, faith, laughter, tears and pain. You will associate with many of the poems written here. My goal is to share the emotions of life with my readers. Please enjoy your visit and return often as I am always making changes.
