Samuel (Sam) Fletcher and Minerva (Nerva) Tolliver.
The boy standing in back with adults is most likely Fredrick (Fred) Fletcher.

The girls in front listed right to left
Una Fletcher, Molly Fletcher, Edith Fletcher (Melissa's mother)
and Thelma (Lottie) Fletcher.
