What follows are words that are a continuation of the words in the middle of my insert/brochure. I simply ran out of room on those two pages, so please see new ones being added below. Thanks. I will be adding words as the spirit moves me.

ISLAND OF GOTLAND, SWEDEN

SIR WILLIAM FLINDERS PETRIE

After watching the recent History Channel documentary Chasing Mummies featuring Zahi Hawaas, I wish I had put the name of Sir William Flinders Petrie in his place. Turns out Sir Petrie was quite a colorful Egyptologist and not quite as caustic an individual as Hawaas.

I believe I need to clarify something I put on my "Word Page" in the brochure. It is:

WAI TAI (Chi)

Here it means external alchemy...the arts of nourishing life... Such arts were said to include transmutation of metals, invisibility, medicinal secrets, and the techniques of changing shapes. Perhaps as in "shape-shifting". The primary direction of Wai Tai (Chi) is the attainment of the Tao and physical immortality.

WAKAN

Is a Native American (specifically Lakota Sioux) term for the FORCE (as in Obi Wan Knobi) which suffuses the world and maintains Cosmic Order. It is the force behind Magick and reveals itself in visions and prophecies.

ROYSTON CAVE

TO CLARIFY: Royston Cave is located in Hertfordshire, England. It is believed that the Knights Templar carved graffiti onto its walls. One can actually visit this cave when visiting the above mentioned village in England.

ROHONC CODES or ROHONCZI CODEX

A part of my heritage is Magyar, so this is, of course, intriguing to me. "Scholars" allege that it is probably a hoax, but it is still as fascinating to me as the Voynich Manuscripts. Check it out in Wikipedia or elsewhere. For some reason, the Google search engine has a lot of pictures from it.

The codex was named after the city of Rohonc, in Western Hungary (now Rechnitz, Austria), where it was kept until 1838, when it was donated to the Hungarian Academy of Sciences by Gusztáv Batthyány, a Hungarian count, together with his entire library.

The Rohonc Codex (Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈrohont͡s]) is a set of writings in an unknown writing system. This codex is also referred to as Rohonczi Codex which is the Hungarian name of the codex spelled according to the old Hungarian orthography that was reformed in the first half of the 20th century. This spelling has spread on-line probably due to the book of V. Enăchiuc. Today the name of the codex is written in Hungarian as Rohonci-kóde.

JUST A NOTE:

If you cannot see these words, just use your highlighter apparatus on your mouse. It will highlight the background and enable you to see what may be difficult to view. Oh, and if you are using an iMac, just go to View and click on Make text bigger, or Zoom In. Also, if you wish to turn off the music, you will need to go to the top of the page and click on the vertical hash marks.
Cheers, Jeanne.
