Cedar Grove Agency
Entertainment was formed five years ago to take advantage of the rich and
diverse culture of the Northwest, and the very talented writers that
reside here. It is difficult for new writers to break into the
entertainment industry, so we focus on finding that rare gem, the
undiscovered, multi-talented writer. We employ full time readers, (one is a former AD on many feature films), who have worked in the industry, and understand the needs and trends. Our criteria is of the highest standard, and all scripts we represent come with the strong recommendation that they will make fine feature length films. Currently under representation are six writers, four from the Northwest, and two from other parts of the United States. Between them, we have well over twenty scripts of various genres. In addition, represented is writer/director David D. De Lay of "The Brier Bitch Project" released direct to video locally in Seattle, and listed on Amazon.com. Amy Taylor, President of Cedar Grove Agency Entertainment worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter stock brokerage firm before forming Cedar Grove. Samantha Powers worked in management at a local car dealership, and Renée MacKenzie was formerly Centre Manager for an adult Education and Training company.
