Have you guys been trying to catch all of the things that Austin Powers poked fun at from James Bond? Well, here's as complete a list as you are likely to find. The list is by movie.

All:
In Comedy Central's "Spyography" special about the Austin Powers movie, Austen does a "gun barrell" scene like the one from the opening of Bond movies. Only this one has psychedelic colors.

Dr. No:
1) The character Dr. Evil's name was taken from Dr. No.
2) The underground layer in Austin Powers was taken from the reactor core at the end of Dr. No.
3) The outfit that Dr. Evil was wearing in the underground layer were the same outfits in Dr. No's reactor core.
4) Both underground layer and the reactor core blew up at the end of each movie.
5) In the cut ending you would see in the deleted scenes option of certain VHS and DVD versions, Austin and Vanessa were floating in a raft in the middle of an ocean. This pokes fun at Dr. No, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, and The Spy Who Loved Me, in which Bond always ends up floating in the middle of the ocean with a beautiful woman. (The scene mostly resembles You Only Live Twice). Hurley's clothes (white bikini w/ dagger on thigh) are the same as Honey Ryder's outfit.
6) Myers had chest hair added to Powers character, presumably since Connery had a very hairy chest.
7) When Powers is being reanimated from his freezing, he goes behind a glass screen along a conveyor belt that takes him trough a shower. Bond was on a similar conveyor bath when he was being de-radiated.

From Russia With Love:
1) Dr. Evil's whole character was taken from Ernest Blofeld. (Note the hiding of Dr. Evil's face, just like Blofeld.)
2) Dr. Evil's ring was taken from Blofeld's ring.
3) Mr. Bigglesworth was taken from Blofeld's cat.
4) The quote, "We don't tolerate failure," was used in both movies.
5) This movie had a pre-title song sequence, as do all the Bond's. (Except for Dr. No.)
6) Miss Kensington gives Powers a watch that is also a GPS devise. Then she shows him the dental equipment, and Powers guesses that the floss is garotte wire, the toothpaste is plastic explosive, and the toothbrush is the detonator. This scene resembles all the Q scenes, in which ordinary looking objects are always something else.

Goldfinger:
1) The character Random Task was taken from Oddjob.
2) Random Task threw his shoe, Oddjob threw his hat. (Both knocked the head off a statue.)
3) Powers said, "Do you expect them to pay?" Evil said, "No, I expect them to die!" That was taken from when Bond said, "Do you expect me to talk?" and Goldfinger said, "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"
4) The table turned into a 3D map in Austin Powers, and the floor in Auric's room turned into a 3D map of Fort Knox. (Also resembles map w/ miniatures in Diamonds are Forever.)
5) Olotta Fagina's name is making fun of Pussy Galore's name.

Thunderball:
1) Austin Powers fought a man dressed up like a woman; Bond fought the man dressed as a widow.
2) Both #2s have a patch over their left eye.
3) When someone failed, they were flipped into a fire.
4) In both movies, each bomb was called the Vulcan.
5) Largo had sharks, and Dr. Evil wanted sharks.
6) There is a card scene between #2 and Bond/ Powers
7) The idea of stealing a nuke/ holding the world hostage comes from Thunderball.

You Only Live Twice:
1) In both movies, there was a scene with a Japanese bath. Olotta's line, "In Japan, me come first, women come second" comes from YOLT.
2) Both Blofeld and Dr. Evil have a scar over their right eye.
3) The close up of the fembots legs standing apart comes from the bath scene in YOLT.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service:
1) Powers rides On Her Majesty's Las Vegas Bus Tour.

Diamonds are Forever:
1) When the fembots uses her legs to hold Powers' head that comes from Bambi doing that to Bond.
2) The man who counts as things blow around him comes from an idiot in DAF that counts down as the rig is ready to blow up.

Live and Let Die:
1) The unusually slow dipping mechanism is taken from Live and Let Die. (Scott also makes fun of Dr. Evil's overly elaborate attempts to kill powers. Bond villains always try to kill Bond in unusual ways.)

Moonraker:
1) The quasi-futuristic clothing could be a reference to the futuristic suits warn in Moonraker.

The sequel to Austin Powers, International Man of Mystery, used more of its own style, but still had quite a few Bond references, even though they were less than the 1st. The references are listed by movie:

Dr. No:
1) When Felicity Shagwell comes out of the water, she is wearing a white bikini w/ dagger, just like Honey Ryder.

Goldfinger:
1) The "Evil, evil is his one and only name..." song is taken from the Goldfinger theme song.
2) Robin Swallows, Ivanna Humpalot, and Felicity Shagwell are all suggestive names, making fun of Pussy Galore's name.
3) Powers sees a man trying to kill him in the girl's eyes, just like in the beginning of Goldfinger.
4) Dr. Evil puts Powers in a cell with one, inept guard. This also happens in Goldfinger.

You Only Live Twice:
1) The opening of the movie, with the space people seeing an unidentified space ship, is like the opening of YOLT.
2) Dr. Evil's lair is a hollowed out volcano, just like Blofeld's lair.
3) Powers had a car with a radio communications system in it, like Aki's (Bond's female fellow agent's) car.
4) Felicity driving in to save Powers as he jumps in the car happened to Bond in YOLT.
5) Dr. Evil's spaceship opens up exactly the same as Blofeld's ships. They have four doors that open like a double beak to swallow stuff.

Diamonds are Forever:
1) Dr. Evil says, "See you in hell, Powers." Bond says, "See you in hell, Blofeld."
2) The idea of using a laser to target earth was used in both movies.

The Man With the Golden Gun:
1)Knicknack and Mini-me are both midgets with alliterative names.

The Spy Who Loved Me:
1) The title of this movie is taken from TSWLM.
2) The plot, where a non-British female agent helps the hero, is used in both movies.
3) Humpalot's line, "Do you how we keep warm in Russia?" is a reference to Triple X's line of "Shared bodily warmth" when Bond asks what she learned in her survival course.

Moonraker:
1) Both movies take the heroes to space.
2) Dr. Evil's moon lair is similar to Drax's space station.
3)Mini-me getting blown out of the airlock is very similar to Drax getting blown out of the airlock.

As Austin Powers movies create more and more of their own feel, it sometimes becomes fuzzy as to whether or not certain things are Bond references. Below, I list not only the definite references to James Bond, but also the questionable ones, which I indicate as questionable. The list is by movies.

All:
1) (Questionable) Austin Powers' father makes fun of how easily henchmen are defeated. James Bond often seems to beat henchmen a little too easily.
2) The female character's names of Dixie Normous, Fook Mi, Fook Yu, and to a lesser extent Foxxy Cleopatra are all suggestive names, like many of the Bond girls. (Like Chu Mi, Pussy Galore, Dr. Goodhead.)
3) (Questionable) The sharks with lasers on their heads are a reference to the first Austin Powers movie. However, originally these were making fun of the use of sharks in many Bond movies.

Goldmember:
1) The title of this movie is taken from Goldfinger.
2) Goldmember has a golden gun, like Goldfinger and Scaramanga did.
3) Both Goldfinger and Goldmember enumerate the reasons they love gold. (Its look, its feel, etc.)

Thunderball:
(Questionable)Austin's car has a rear, extendable bullet-proof shield very similar to Bond's car in Thunderball.

You Only Live Twice:
1) There is an oriental theme in this movie, just like in You Only Live Twice: (Including a sumo match.

Live and Let Die:
1) (Questionable) Austin jumping over the sumos in the tub looks very similar to Bond jumping the alligators to escape the island.

The Spy Who Loved Me:
1) (Questionable) Austin's car is submersible, like the Lotus.
2) Austin has a Union Jack parachute, just like Bond.

For Your Eyes Only:
1) One of the promotional posters for this movie bears a striking resemblance to the poster for For Your Eyes Only:

Octopussy:
1) The title of Austinpussy is taken from Octopussy.

Goldeneye:
1) (Very questionable) In both movies, Bond/Austin drives under a statue. (In Goldeneye Bond drove under a horse statue, Austin drives through a dragon statue. Then, both drive under a bridge to dislodge the statue.
