The Bob Vila Show (1992)

There's not a lot to say about The Bob Vila Show. Basically this concerns the mishaps and adventures of Bob Vila (Scott) and Bob "Sylvester" Shanan (Tim Arthur) during the taping of one of their shows.

Behind The Scenes:

Hands-down and without argument, Scott considers this and "Ninja Master" to be his worse films he ever made.
Shot the day after filming finished for "Star Trek IX: The Final Voyage", Scott and Arthur had no idea what to do for the remaining time they had on their rented camera equipment. "So on the spur of the moment I came up with this, and I should have just forgotten about the idea and spent the day resting up instead. The night before we made this, I was so exhausted from filming the Star Trek flick that I just slept in the costume I wore for Scotty. Next day, it was get up and make another film! 13 or so films in one year (1992) was WAY too many."
In the mid 90's, Scott re-edited this film down to half of its original 40+ minute running time, but the effort wasn't worth it. "You can't turn shit into gold."
