Captive Audience (2006)

Scott began 2006 with the dark-humored story of CAPTIVE AUDIENCE.
Roger Bailey (Scott) is a movie director seeking to make his comeback after being released from a two-year stint in a mental hospital. Despite objections from his producer and a sleazy distributor (Scott Zimmerman) who wants him to spice up his film with "more T&A!", Bailey sets out on an obsessive path in order to create his masterpiece. Taking advice from a talking movie projector, he begins his path back to fame and fortune, starting with kidnapping the actress who he was infatuated with in the past, Megan Woodbury (Melissa H.Green).

Behind the scenes:

"I was extremely happy with the final result of this film!" Scott says with a smile. "It's probably the best film I've done in several years. We had a few pre-production problems, including me hiring a musician that was to also voice the projector and write an original score for the film, but she bailed out just before production started."
Scott was also happy with the work of the cast, including Green and Scott Zimmerman, making his first appearance in front of the camera in 7 years. "Ol' Zim was a lot of fun to work with, he has a limited role in the film but he set it off. He was rusty with his acting at first since he hadn't done it in a while, but after a few takes he got it down pat."
