Knock At The Door (2007)

Devon (Scott) is a virginal computer programmer who has been staying in a fallout shelter for the past two months since a nuclear war pretty much wiped out life on Earth. Sitting lonely one day, he is startled to hear...a knock at the door. It turns out to be Maria (Green), who has followed Devon's cell phone signals to his location and knows she needs him to help her "repopulate the Earth". However, their plans may be thwarted by Devon's father Felix, now a cannibalistic mutant who follows them out into the forest where they plan to DO THE DEED.

Behind The Scenes

Scott was pretty satisfied with the simple story of "Knock At The Door".
"It is a chilling thought when you think about it, if you were the last person on Earth and you're sitting at home alone, and there is a knock at your door. I felt Jade Nikolov (who wrote ALIEN AMOUR), who co-wrote this with me, did a great job. I didn't really have high hopes for this, but it turned out good."
"The atmospheric black and white photography was also a plus. I hadn't shot a film solely in black and white since "Faceless" about 10 years before this, and that was a strictly financial decision with that. For this one, the black and white added some stark realism to the story."
