Ah, Yamaha likes to make it hard on us. Here's a quote from YFS200 about the parts swap:
Connecting Rods
Carbs
Carb to Reed Manifold?
Reed Assembly?
Foot Pegs (can be swapped, results in 2" back 1" down placement on Banshee)
Rear Hubs (different bolt pattern)
Sprocket Hub
Handle Bars
Axle (different width)
Axle Carrier
Thumb Throttle Assembly
Taillight
Headlight Swithch/ Kill Switch
Gas Cap
Clutch Perch
Rear Brake Disk?
Kick Starter?
This is a little odd but it turns out the Blaster got its front brakes from the Yamaha Badger 80. Yes, the mini quad. By the way, if you ride in the mud, buy the front fender extenders off a Badger. They fit the Blaster really well and keep a ton of mud off of you.
The Blastr and Warrior share the same front shocks. However the Warrior uses stiffer, single rate springs as apposed to the Blaster's softer dual rate springs. The actual damper however is the same.
I have heard that the clutch, and the internal trany gears from the IT series bike would fit a Blaster. The IT 200 Also uses a boost bottle. It might be possible to adapt the bottle to a Blaster for more HP. Take a look at the IT 200 page (link above) for more info.
It is belived that the WR200's water cooled cylinder, head and water pump can be bolted on to the Blasters bottom end to make a super-trick water cooled Blaster. I've never actually seen this done, but it should work in theory. If you have a WR200, please e-mail me, I'd like to ask you a couple questions about it.
The entire rear swingarm, axle, axle carrier, rear brake, and shock off a Tri-Z 3-wheeler will fit the Blaster with little modification. I've seen it's really trick.
