Welcome to the Pearl River County Justice Court homepage. We are located in Pearl River County, Mississippi in the southern region of the state. We work closely with the Pearl River County Sheriff's Department, Mississippi Highway Patrol, Poplarville PD, Mississippi Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and other local and regional Law Enforcement agencies. Our duties include the handling of all civil and criminal court cases , including affidavits filed by Law Enforcement and citizens, as well as traffic citations. This court receives approximately 900 criminal and 100 civil cases per month. Hwy. Patrol courtdate the first Tuesday of the month, and Criminal is the second Tuesday and Felony Courtdate is the third Tuesday of the month. Our main office is located at 204 Julia Street in Poplarville, the county seat. We also have a satellite office located at 917 Goodyear Boulevard in Picayune,MS that is open on Monday,Wednesday and Friday
