Conni Marie Brazelton
Biography : Conni Marie Brazelton as Conni Oligario
Conni Marie Brazelton grew up in Waukegen, Illinois, where she studied dramatics at the Southern Illinois University. After graduading she first moved to New York, then to Los Angeles, to agitate her career as an actress. After getting the job at ER she lived for nine months in CCH Pounder´s house. "I thougt I would only play in four episodes after the pilot but then it became twenty-two." And Conni decided to search for her own housing.
But her career is not the only reason, why she is torn between New York and L.A.. Her husband, the writer Michael George, lives in New York and doesn´t want to give up his flat there, because he "loves" New York. "A lot of people wonder at our relationship from coast to coast. But you have to do, what you have to do! We love each other and when we meet it´s always like in our honeymoon. We are used to being seperated from each other. Before our marriage we had to make our dates from coast to coast, too."
Besides she designs jewellery for BANJI FACE JEWELRY, a firm owned by her and CCH Pounder. "I was inspired to the name by a script of Michael called 'Banji Girls' "she explains. "Later then I discovered the really meaning of banji : to go with god. Through a lucky chance we got a really pretty name for our firm.
In the series Conni and CCH Pounder wear very often jewelry of their own firm.
