- THINGS TO CHECK:
- CORRECT ALIGNMENT OF CHUCK LATERAL AND VERTICAL POSITION AT INPUT BOAT. NOTE: INPUT BOAT MUST ALWAYS BE .06” AWAY FROM HARDSTOP.
- PROPER PLACEMENT OF INPUT QUAD ON STORAGE INPUT BOAT. NOTE: BOAT MUST NOT MOVE WHEN THE INPUT QUAD WILL PLACE UNIT ON IT.
- THINGS TO DO, WORK AROUND PROCEDURE

- PRESS STOP CLEAR JAM BUTTON SIMULTANEOUSLY
- IS THERE A MIS-ALIGN UNIT
- IF YES, REMOVE OR RESEAT DEVICE THEN
- GO TO SYSTEMS MENU
- MAKE SOAKTIME TO ZERO THEN PRESS START
- NOTE: WHEN CHUCKS ALREADY RETURNED TO PICK-UP POSITION PRESS STOP GO TO SYSTEMS MENU AND RETURN ORIGINAL SOAKTIME, TEMPERATURE VALUES THEN START.
- IF NO, PRESS CLEAR AND START IF THE SAME JAM HAPPENS AGAIN
- IF NO OK
- IF YES, GO TO PROCESS “A”
- PROCESS “A”-DO YOU SEE ANY ABNORMAL POSITION OF INPUT BOAT(SLANTED)
- IF NO, CHECK FOR WORN-OUT GEARS, MECHANICAL OBSTRUCTIONS ON THE ASSEMBLY. PIICK-UP JAM POINT COULD BE LOWER THAN THE PICK-UP POSITION, IF NO TORQUE CHECK FOR ANY BUSTED FUSE, OTHERS ASIDE FROM STATED PREPARE HANDLER FOR REPLACEMENT.

- ENCODER DIAGNOSTICS MENU
- ENABLE DIAGNOSTICS
- PRESS TORQUE OFF FOR X, THEN MOVE CHUCKS AT OUTPUT BOAT LOCATION REMOVE BOATS AND FIND OUT FOR ANY MISALIGNED UNITS ON BOAT POCKETS RETURN ALL PARTS REMOVED THEN GO TO PROCESS 3.1.
