MULTITEST Handler MT85XX Temperature Calibration Procedure

Note: Handler must be empty
Important: Make sure handler did not heat at all

For 8503/88 kits only

STEP 1: CP 22, RB 18(start 2X) Erase Compensation table for Input Magazine
         (Wait until cleared)

STEP 2: CP 24, RB 03(start 2X) Erase Compensation table for Contact Site
         (Wait until transfer is done)

For 8501 kits only
STEP 2: CP 21(start), ST 10(start)- dedicate to this soaktime/memory for one kit
IMPORTANT: SKIP STEP 8 for 8501 kits)

STEP 3: Set Handler to 20 deg C if not to 30 deg C
       Record on Table(Use CP 70, 76 respectively for Input mag/Sensor 1 and Contact Site/Sensor 7)
Do record on other Temperature whichever is applicable

Note: For 20/30 deg C setting wait 15 minutes before recording
For extreme temp wait for about 1 hour.

STEP 4: Calculate Correction Value

CORRECTION VALUE = EXTERNAL SENSOR RDG - DISPLAYED TEMP

STEP 5: Enter correction values individually for Input Mag and Contact site per calibration points.
(Push start to increase and stop to decrease)

For input Mag: CP 22, RB 00
For Contact Site: CP 22, RB 06

Note: Do all correction value input for all specified calibration points.

STEP 6: After completing all compensation value, change CP setting other than 22 to exit.

STEP 7: CP 22, RB 19- Interpolate
       (Wait until int. pol. done)

STEP 8: CP 24, RB 02 -transfer compensation values to CS1 contact site RAM
       (Wait until transfer is done)
