- at production menu, to manually run minidiags after the lot had just failed auto minidiags, to verify if the tester actually fails on minidiags
- Problem: hsd50 calibration failed channel 68
- Try % calibrate -hsd50(if fails then find slot at digital channel cards which channel 68 is included(1 digital channel card = 64 channels)
- How to replugged board:
- Put off test station power not main power
- Open test head with round black knob
- Slowly unplug the affected board as referred to the list
- Clean board for any dirt
- To check for continuity get continuity config board
- At engineering screen(password: convert) go to checkers and find individual check(Ams_config_continuity_mi)
- Type F1 or run
- Wait for the instruction, here you can actually see if the boards are passing or not
- If the boards are not passing check pogo pins, boards that might be failing. For the failed board, example if THADS 24 slot 2 and thads 24 slot 3 either one is failing, its advisable to swap boards to confirm it, if confirmed change affected board, you will notice that fail will also move.
- If device not on power port or not released error appears after pressing program load, "image/bin.rls/load.exe: Command failed So you need to manually load program
