!DNA2Prot
!DNA2Prot is probably better called !Translate as it converts a nucleotide sequence to an amino acid sequence. It converts and displays onscreen three reading frames, highlighting the stretch between Methionines and stops to allow the most probable reading frame to be determined.
!Digest
!Digest does a virtual digest of a nucleotide sequence and calculates the sizes of the fragments produced.
!Complment
!Complment simply produces the complementary/antisense strand of a nucleotide sequence.
