Here are a few of the services that are included at no additional cost:


FREE CONSULTATION PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT

This is an on-going process, not just a one time consultation. I will stay in touch with you and/or your event coordinator by phone, fax, email, and in person to make sure that things are going smoothly. This helps take the worry out. Proper planning for your event (especially your wedding day) should include giving your Disc Jockey a guideline of the types of music (R&B, Hip-Hop, Oldies but Goodies) that you would like to be played (See Music Library Page). Keep in mind that you would like all your guests to be satisfied, so be sure to tell me the age ranges of your guests, and of any specific songs or artists you are fond of. Also, we will cover any discounts that you may apply to the Service fee. The "Discount" link is available at select times throughout the year and will have further instructions on the discount page.

SET-UP & BREAK DOWN

I will arrive 1 1/2 hours prior to your event to setup & test equipment, & perform sound checks prior to your guests arriving. This is the point where our pre-event consultation & your event coordinator comes into play. He/She can inform me of the physical layout of the area where the festivities will be held. After the event, we pack up our own equipment - at no extra charge.




SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

This is a perfect time to recognize those who have helped make the event a success. The event coordinator or members of the wedding party(if applicable) can play an important role in this task. In the case of a wedding, nothing brings more heart-felt joy than announcing a wedding anniversary & birthday of your invited friends & family. If you have not designated one for this task I will happily do this for you. We will cover this during our consultation.
