Valerie Vaughn is a multi-talented musician and educator from Tuckerton, NJ. She specializes in writing tunes with New Jersey themes covering folklore and history of the people and places of South Jersey and the Pinelands. Performing since her teens Valerie is equally comfortable in a local restaurant covering female artists, doing originals on the English folk club circuit or performing for children at schools libraries and festivals all over NJ. Also a social worker and counselor, Valerie has combined both of her careers and created musical interactive programs for all age groups and subject matter including: Musical Fairytales, NJ hist and culture, Fishin'Fun at Jersey Shore,Pirates, The Way West,All About Bugs, Helpers in our town, Decisions and playing safe and all holiday themes.
