Quake 2 take skill ,patience ,and stability to play. U r moving around and there might be 7 other people doing the same shoting at u.and u must learn to hop and aim at da same time.To be a good Quaker u must practice and play alot.My favorite place to play Quake 2 is zone.msn.com.~

~Freeze mod~

Freeze is my favorite mod for Quake 2.Freeze tag is there is 2 teams red and blue,and u got to freeze them with the rail gun.and if your team member gets frozen u can unfreeze them by standing beside them for about 10 seconds,u get to use a hook in freeze so u can graple onto the wall and pull yourself around like spiderman with only one hook and it looks like a skake.(like on mortal combat)u also got to practice at it cuz its a hard mod. The most played freeze map is the Edge also known as ~Q2dm1~but i think it is the funnest mod there is around.
